Each show is a different Indoor Rowing workout which I row - and listeners Row Along with me. I keep them company through the session, talking about technique considerations, training tips, what I’m having for dinner, my accident with a pair of hair clippers and other off topic moments, all designed to keep them motivated and distracted while they work through their sessions. The aim is to keep rowers on the machine for longer than if they were just plugging in music and aimlessly rocking up and down with poor technique. And my calmer, non PT approach hopefully makes it an enjoyable time on the machine while also, in the end, making them Fitter Faster and Stronger. And it's not just fluff from another gym user - with a world record and lots of medal wins, I know what I'm on about. Submission audio is an edited down workout example.
