The Tennis Podcast is for anyone that likes tennis, from the occasional enthusiast to the hard-core fan. It is the most listened-to tennis podcast in the world, reaching 78,000 unique devices during week 2 of the recent US Open. BBC Radio 5 Live commentator David Law and Amazon Prime Video TV presenter Catherine Whitaker launched the show in 2012. Matt Roberts joined as an intern to look after social media channels a few years later and quickly became a hugely popular member of the on-air team. Listeners crowdfunded to hire him full time and send him to the Australian Open. Each Monday, the podcast reviews the latest tournaments, previews the events coming up and talks about news within the sport. During Wimbledon and the other Grand Slams, the podcast publishes daily. Big name players and coaches are often interviewed, and great stories from the past are told in Tennis Re-Lived.
